WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND OPTIONS?

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full. However please note that during peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Festival time and Long Holidays) deliveries may take longer than expected. All of Vinners Healthcare orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, India to the shipping address provided by the customer via our courier partners viz FedEx /Blue Dart/ Ecom Express/ delhivery /DTDC etc. Processing and shipping the order normally takes 2 working days with express shipping

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Our website (www.clearheart.in) delivers exclusively to the all over India.

EVERY ORDER IS TRACKED TO YOUR DOOR

For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking straight to your door. You can easily track your order on the relevant courier website with the information tracking code or with your order no. hear. we automatically send to you on your order No. & Tracking number for the shipment will be provided via SMS & email.

We can process only one shipping address per order. So, if any customer would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat this as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case a parcel is delivered to P. O. Box and in turn not received by the customer.

CHOOSING YOUR SHIPPING OPTION

When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you like Free Shipping / Cash On Delivery. The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.

All available items are in stock for within 2 working day dispatch. The tracking link in your confirmation email allows you to monitor the status of your order from dispatch to delivery.

WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by the customer in the order, before they inform us/contact us to inform that the package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call our courier partners’ customer service at their local number and quote customer’s tracking number to trace the package.

If you are out when the parcel arrives, a 3 delivery attempt will be registered on your tracking (provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email). You will then be able to contact the courier directly via the details provided on their tracking page in order to rearrange delivery for a time more convenient for you or to arrange a collection (if available).

Most couriers have a delivery window of 8AM to 8PM and will provide a delivery time estimate but please refer to your tracking for more information.

WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN YOU EXPECT?

If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.

 RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Vinners Healthcare, we're not 100% happy unless you are, which is why we offer a simple returns policy. Learn more about our returns policy on our Returns & Refunds page.

Generally, order before 11 Am from Monday – Friday for your order to arrive within 3 to 4 working days. We do not currently offer weekend Dispatch on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed on a Friday after 11 pm or over the weekend with Express delivery will be dispatched the next working day and delivered within 4 working days. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

Please note delivery estimates are subject to your location and couriers might extend the delivery window if your location is classified as "remote". Please contact our customer care team for more information on this.
